Officine Brera

Officine Brera is a contemporary Italian restaurant in Helsinki that blends authentic Milanese culinary tradition with a modern urban dining experience. Inspired by the vibrant Brera district of Milan, the restaurant focuses on high-quality ingredients, refined simplicity, and classic Italian craftsmanship. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, making it suitable for business lunches, romantic dinners, and social gatherings in the heart of the city.

The menu highlights traditional Italian dishes (italialaiset ruoat) prepared with premium ingredients such as extra virgin olive oil (ekstra-neitsytoliiviöljy), parmesan (parmesaani), burrata (burratajuusto), fresh basil (tuore basilika), garlic (valkosipuli), and seasonal vegetables (kauden vihannekset). Signature offerings include handmade pasta (tuorepasta) such as tagliatelle (tagliatelle-pasta), spaghetti (spagetti), and ravioli (ravioli) served with rich sauces (kastikkeet) like truffle cream (tryffelikerma), tomato basil sauce (tomaatti-basilikakastike), and slow-cooked ragù (hitaasti haudutettu lihakastike).

Guests can also enjoy Italian classics like risotto (risotto) made with Arborio rice (Arborio-riisi), creamy butter (voi), white wine (valkoviini), and parmesan (parmesaani), along with antipasti (alkupalat) such as carpaccio (carpaccio), burrata plates (burrata-annokset), and cured meats (ilmakuivatut lihat).

Main courses (pääruoat) include grilled meats (grillatut lihat), fish (kala), and seasonal specialties prepared with Mediterranean herbs (Välimeren yrtit). The dessert selection (jälkiruoat) features tiramisu (tiramisu-jälkiruoka), panna cotta (panna cotta), and chocolate-based creations (suklaajälkiruoat).

With its elegant design, authentic Italian flavors, and attention to detail, Officine Brera offers a refined dining experience that brings the essence of Milan to Helsinki.
